Two guys that hunted with us this year are looking for a rifle hunt for elk next year. I'm just trying to help them out and looking for recommendations. They would prefer guaranteed/over the counter licenses with something in the 300 to 330 inch range. Feel free with people you know and trust that can provide this. Much appreciated

We hunt in the Gila national forest in New Mexico, got some big bulls that would fit the bill, Problem is land owners vouchers are pretty expensive, do they have a budget in mind?
