Been watching some of the whitetail hunting shows on Versus and some of the 'experts' are seen setting up in their blinds with what appears to be a camera tripod and a mount that they strap their rifles into. Looks like a heckuva stable set-up.

Please school me on this set-up, in particular what they are mounting atop the camera tripod that they strap their rifles into. In my advancing age I too need such a rest!
