Does anyone know of some places I might be able to find a last minute hunt (like in as soon as a week) for exotics in Texas? I'm open to pretty much any species except the Corsican type sheep and the more expensive species like Markhor and Urial.

Just Google "Texas exotic hunts" and start calling the outfitters.....you won't have a problem finding someone to cater to you. If you're wanting a few specific suggestions, I'd recommend contacting these:

Camp Cooley Ranch (I've personally hunted here.....beautiful ranch)

74 Ranch

Indianhead Ranch

Stay away from places like The Wildlife Ranch in Mason, TX.....and San Miguel Outfitters in south Texas. Hope this helps.

If you don't mind me asking.....what kind of hunt are you looking for? If you're looking for a really challenging hunt, you might want to try for Axis, Blackbuck, or Aoudad. If your price range is a little higher.....I'd try for Scimitar Horned Oryx, Addax, Red Sheep, Pure Mouflon, Eland, Gemsbok, etc...

Are you looking for a gun or bow hunt??

The places ES mentioned will probably be able to accommodate you for either.

Where are you loctaed?

There are some places such as Double Arrow Guide Service out of Gonzales that might be able to help you out especially if you are bow hunting, he might have something available for gun.

I have seen these guys advertise as well but have no personal experience with them.
