Ray GunterDeer caught on Video at my stand
I put out an IR Video Camera close to a stand we will hunt just to see whats in the area. Got a nice 9 point and a boar. The Cam has been setup to take Infrared video so the animals are unaware of its presence.
Check out the videos.

cwilsonBoth links show the deer video, but very interesting. I assume that this is private land with litte risk of someone walking off with your expensive video equipment.

Tex21Ray,
The picture information said that you're in Henderson. If I may, where do you hunt? Are you on a lease, private land, or on some Type II stuff? The reason I ask is: I live in Nacogdoches and go to SFA. Although I have some access to a lease up in Panola county that my Dad is on, its an hour away and I'd like to find around Nacogdoches to hunt on. Everything here is either state land (which I can't put a stand on for very long) or a
really expensive lease. As a fellow East Texan, I was curious to see if you had any ideas where I could go deer hunting around here?
Thanks,
Jason

Ray GunterSorry for the miss type on the links. Here is the link to the hog clip which was taken in daytime with the IR VideoCam.

Closest town is Malakov I think. As far as leases go I cant help much. You might connect to the Dallas Daily News on the web and search their classifieds adds theres usually alot of late entries this time of year.
