Bob NisbetWho Has Persimmon Trees For Wildlife or Self
I recently purchased a place where my boys and grand-daughters will be able to hunt and camp. It's 200+ acres and supports a reasonable amount of wildlife.
I would like to add persimmon trees.
If anyone has Persimmon trees, I would like to get a bunch of seeds to plant.
Commercially the seeds are available, but the ones I bought never even germinated.
If you have any, PM me. I am willing to pay shipping.

Aspen Hill AdventuresYou can probably buy started trees from various mail order nurseries like Gurney's, Miller or Henry Fields, etc. These will achieve production sooner than seed starts.

FlagsI know where ther are a bunch of wild ones over by Pensacola, FL. If you find yourself out that way I doubt if anyone would mind if you dug up some saplings.

Check out Forrest Keeling Nurseries at
Forrest Keeling Nurseries. Their RPM trees will grow much faster than other nursery produced trees and they have many species available, including persimmon and pawpaw. Good luck.
