DavidReedPetition to revoke PETA's...
I happened across this online petition to revoke PETA's 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Evidently the center for defense of free enterprise has filed the complaint with the IRS linking PETA to the ELF and other ecoterrorist organizations by funding them. About 34,000 have signed already! The link is below.

WannabeBwanaHate to be the wet blanket here, but if I understand correctly, their status will be revoked according to whether or not they broke the law, not according to how many people sign a petition.
Isn't that supposed to be how laws work? They aren't popularity contests.

Yeah, but I just wanted to let them know that I, personally say that they can go suck the warm cock of defeat.

Yes, and if the law works as it should, I guess they will have to swallow as well! ![[Big Grin]](images/icons/grin.gif)

<wildcats>I'd love to see a wrench in the spokes of the inviromental clowns that seem to direct this world, their bleeding hearts are not as pure as they would like us to think. Revoke their tax exempt status I say.

CustomstoxGet serious guys, you don't lose your tax exempt status based on popular vote or how many people with nothing better to do signs a petition.
