which one present a better choice and why as used derilling to buy ?

Neither, 6 of 1 or half-dozen of the other.

Both are solid rifle/shotguns; depends on what each individual Drilling offers; the Sauers didn't appear so often embelished as the high Merkel grades, w/sideplates & such.
