Pacific Receiver Sight
Recently purchased a Bubba Special 30-40 Krag and I am looking for parts of a "no drill" Pacific Receiver Sight. I have the part that replaces the magazine cutoff. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even clues as to where I might look for such.

Check out www.GaryFellers.com. He has a Redfield 102K that will work. Jim

JIm,
Thanks, that is almost what I need but it is not the "no drill" model and will not easily adapt to what is left of the Pacific sight that is on the rifle.

Ron try your google fu for Gary Fellers in texas. He supplies sights to just about every firearm made. Two things he isn't cheap nor is he fast. He should be able to tell you what you need. Frank

You might consider a Rice aperture sight, also.

I spoke on the phone with Gary Fellers and he said that Pacific sights were rare (spendy) but he would write it down and do some searching while he was filling orders that he was 6 weeks behind on......Told me to write his name on my calendar and call him back around the middle of February. Looking through his list I see a Redfield "no drill" sight for a Krag for $99 which is half of what I paid for the rifle. (Might as well file a groove in a gold nugget and duct tape it to the receiver. Smiler)

The quest continues.

I bought a pair of Lyman 1A's from him a few years ago- very happy with the merchandise, and I'd buy from him again.
