theback40sporter garands?
Digging into my piles of stuff, I found a semi-inlet sporter stock for a garand. Roll over cheekpiece, long, winslow type pistol grip

Has anyone actually put one of these on? Do you want another

Gun Control - A theory espoused by some monumentally stupid people; who claim to believe, against all logic and common sense, that a violent predator who ignores the laws prohibiting them from robbing, raping, kidnapping, torturing and killing their fellow human beings will obey a law telling them that they cannot own a gun.

GrenadierThat gun was up for auction on one of the internet auction sites. I don't know anything about the history.
Over the years, I have seen much better sporters produced from Garands.

260remguyIIRC, back in the 1960s, Williams Gunsights published a guide on sporterizing military rifles, including Garands.
A couple of years ago, I came across a sporterized FN-49 in 7x57. I bought it because it was too neat to pass on, but I've never shot it.
