Took the swed out
about 2400 fps with 140 Sierra with the proper length.

Interesting way of mounting the scope.

I sporterised one many years ago. It was my first rifle. Never thought of using the rear sight band and had it removed. Nowdays I wish I had of left the irons and had a Rigby style mauser stock made for it. Thats progress I guess.
