Anybody got any bright ideas about twist rate?

I'll be feeding it 140 grainers most of the time.

I would go for a 1-9 soo that you still will be able to shoot heavier bullets.

Who is doing the re-barreling?

CIP twist is 220 mms. You should spend more thoughts on the throat length than on twist, though. The CIP throat is fairly long - too long for some US tastes, I suppose.
