One word of caution...if you do choose the Nosler B-tip, I'd suggest the true Nosler product over the "Combined Technology" Winchester product.

I've read--somewhere--that the CT is more akin to the earlier Nosler B-tip; that is, with a thinner jacket. Admittedly, I can't prove this, but perhaps someone can verify it.

I did shoot a big doe a few years back with a CT 130 gr. It was broadside, at about 60 yards, through the lungs, and left a 3 inch exit hole. Very impressive, but seemed to be very frangible.
