Replacement wood stock for a Ruger 77MkII LA ?????
I have a Ruger 77MkII LA in 35 whelen that has one of the old style synthetic stocks. I like the rifle and the caliber but hate the synthetic stock. I would like to get a nice wood stock to replace it, either laminated or hardwood will do. The only place I have found a stock at so far is from boyds. I was just wondering what else there is out there. Thanks for the help.

I usually see a couple of really nice walnut ones at gun shows, that have been taken off for custom jobs or to put synthetic stocks on. I'll keep an eye peeled and email you if I find one. If you watch ebay, you'll find one eventually. I've seen everything under the sun on there.

I'll keep an eye on that auction on ebay. Thanks for the heads up.
