Normally you lose about 25fps per inch. I wouldn't worry about it. And the FS is a CLASSY looking rifle.

Since I cannot find a 550 Lux in 9.3x62 I might have to settle for a 550 FS (I want iron sights). Can you get enough velocity for the 9.3 to be effective? What kind of penalty in velocity do you pay for the 20 inch barrel over a 24 inch barrel?
