Krochus20 seconds spent on a Google search yeilded this
NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY HORNADY LIGHT MAGNUM .30-06 Springfield ammunition in your semi-automatic rifle. The reason is that the pressure curve of the gases in the Hornady Light Magnum ammunition is wrong for the gas ports in semi-automatic firearms. The Hornady Light Magnum ammunition develops no more pressure than our Hornady Custom brand of ammunition it is where the pressures peaks so that it is not to be used in semi-automatic firearms.

browningguyNeither Browning or Hornady recommend this load in a semi automatic. You might get away with it a few times but then really expensive things may happen to your rifle.

djpaintlesDon't do it. They will most likely continue to jam until they break your gun.............DJ
