For $600, with the 4x steel tube Weaver scope included, I think I'd buy it. (Of course I can't see the rifle on here; just going by you're description.) I don't think you could get hurt at that price.

It is certainly not a bad deal !
If the gun has been alterd , like a recoil pad its still a prety good deal. But If its all origional its a very good deal. I have seen pre 64 actions go for 550 no barrel or stock !

I'd guess that is about what its worth...the action is worth $400 alone, so the barrel, stock are worth a $150 and the scope is worth $75.00 if you parted it out.

I would expect to buy it without the scope for $600. if it is clean.
