tin canI'm feeling skeptical...
What is the purpose of having the shooter and observer in the positions they are in, and a third person with a video camera?
The observer is hit, and the video camera is on the guy from start to finish... sort of like that was the plan.
The observer just kneels down and the camera rolls getting a great view of the observer's wound.
The only thing they didn't do was have the fragment planted in the handkerchief.
Seems to me no matter how stupid the subjects are, when this kind of thing happens, you drop the camera and take care of the guy.
Mind you I don't speak Spanish, so I might be missing something, but I ain't buyin' it.

JKSIt could be a set up stunt/fake but you CAN see a puff of dirt from the richochet before it hits the "other" camera guy. I think it is as represented... poor gun safety handling at work.
Although I haven't witnessed anything this bad, I have seen very poor gun handling at the range and in the field. Even though I'm not the "target" being shot at and possibly at a "safe angle" I do not appreciate (and will piss about it for sure) seeing the other shooters muzzle and rifling! The shooter has to be in front and clear of the other members of his group. In a hunting situation when things happen quickly you still must do you best for safety. For a staged shoot or plinking there is no excuse.

That's not spanish, it's french canadian from Quebec. I recognize the accent; it's unmistakeable.
Fortunate for me, I've just moved to California- far enough away to be safe.
