browningguyOnly what is listed in Std. Cat. of Firearms. Available in .243 up to 300 Weatherby, bolt action, 24 or 26" barrel, not sights, adjustable trigger, 3 or 5 shot magazine, blued with Walnut stock. Price in VG is $1000, $1400 NIB.
Good luck, that's much more than most other models are worth and it looks like a nice rifle in the pic.

hoehneBrowninguy-Were you able to tell the approximate age of a Model 225? Thanks-Karl

manhasset It might be the former Voere Model 2250, the Titan II, marketed by Mauser as the Model 225 Titan. Front locking three lug bolt, patented two stage firing system, right hand action only. Bolt lift 60*, bolt disassembled w/o tools. Std. and Mag calibers, detachable mag held five rounds std., three for mag. Optional single adj. trigger, DST, or single rear set trigger. Std. or Deluxe models, fiberglass or laminated stocks available, last model 225 SN 127452 produced on April 20,1995. Model 226 and Model 99 also look similar. "Orig. Oberndorf Sporting Rifles- Speed"

browningguySorry but the catalog doesn't list any dates of manufacture and it's the only one I have that lists the rifle. It's in the post war section but that's no help at all.

hoehneThanks for the help Guys-I am still wondering if a Model 225 with teflon coated barrel and a laminated stock is worth $700 CDN. Any suggestions?
