The Value of Standardization
I have the non standardized collection but my main hunting rigs i have 3 Sako 75 finnlights with same rings, scope, sling ect. I like them the same for 2 reasons (1)Takes any guesswork out no matter which one i grab (2) If somthing happens and i have to reach for a backup the scope, trigger, sling, safety, and magazine are all the same. If i need a snap shot i don't wanna reach for the safety and say crap, it's up here on this rifle.

PPosey
I see an advantage,,,I have 3 savage short actions, one .223and 2 7mm-08s,,, same stock, same 1.5-6 burris sig scope on the .233 and the 7mm-08 I use all the time,, other 7mm-08 has a 3-10 scope for long range playing. Also have 2 savage long actions, in 300wm, both have the same stocks and the same 1.5-6 burris sig, posilock scopes. All rifles are blind mags and feel/shoot the same, all are 1 inch high at 100 yards, 7mm08s both shoot the same loads well, as do both 300WMs,,,, one 7mm-08 gets 90% of the work,
