Has anyone here had any experience of Zastava rifles ? The actions are said to be excellent but I am wondering about the barrels as well accuracy wise.

No need to wonder. I have an Interarms .30-06 (made by Zastava) that I had rechambered to .30 Gibbs. It will shoot Barnes 180XLC'x .875" 5-rd groups @ 100yrds and 150Ballistic Tips .625" (I think I could even improve this load.....). That is w/a 9x power scope and sand bags (no fancy bench setup), etc. It is a very good rifle.

Zastava rifles have been made over a 30 year period for Interarms, Whitworth, Charles Daly and possibly others. (There was a break in production during their civil war). Quality varies from year to year and model to model. Each rifle has to be judged on its own.

That being said, I have never heard anyone complain about out-of-the box accuracy on any Zastava rifle.
