Remington model 700 long range rifle
Which should I do???Lookin to get a rifle for longe range hunting and shooting so should I buy a Remington Sendero or get a SPS and buy a good stock and get some gunsmith work done to it? Which should I do I decided on the 300 RUM caliberBuy the SenderoBuy a SPS and get stock and gunsmith work

The out of the box accuracy and quality says Sendero all the way.
Not sure exactly what your objective is but I would also look at a Leupold Mark 4 scope to complete the package.

+1 on all that has been said.

I have a hunting rifle that follows closely to your SPS plan but it is my all around go to rifle in 270 win not an ultra mag.

Considering what the ultra mags are truly best at I wouldn't choose anything less than the Sendero or other heavy long range configured rifle.

Definitely the Sendero. They come with a better barrel as well as the HS stock.

Sendero would be my choice.I've got two of them and both are great shooters.I think they are held to higher standards than regular models.I do like the older Sendero stocks better than the new ones though.
