you can find the majority of headstamp codes/manfactures here, http://cartridgecollectors.org/headstampcodes.htm and if you look up AFF you will find it's made by "Small Arms Ammunition Factory No. 1 Footscray, Australia".

i bought some of this to shoot in my .308 and it has a headstamp which reads "AFF" is this Autralian..??
