I'm hoping der Deutchlanders make a close tolerance Mauser 98 CRF with a 'chester model 70 type safety and straddle floor plate under the Rigby title that weighs under 5 pounds. My guess it will never happen.

Rae59I have been told that Mauser will once again be supplying rifle components to Rigby (now Reichbei) just like they did in portions of the previous two centuries.

Thanks a lot. I am anticipating the new 98 action to be built at the new Mauser facility, hopefully commercial in profile and with square bridges.
