I was wondering if anyone has measured the freebore of a Weatherby Vanguard, or MK V Weatherby ? How much freebore are we talking about, and does the difference vary between the Howa-Wby, or the MK V actioned Wby ? I would think it shouldn't be too far off for Wby aught to think someone might be actually buy their factory hot Norma loaded Wby ammo uhhhh.....?

I believe it varies as to when the firearm was made. Early Weatherby's had more freebore then those made today. A little too much of a good thing, perhaps. - Dan
