After weeks of testing ,scopes falling off, mounts that don't stay where I mounted them, it now seems that things are going my way.
I was very close to melt the damn rifle into something useful, like a good frying pan. If it wasn't for my good friend Mr. 460WBY that has kept my spirit up, I probably would.

Was at the range today with my new Benchmaster shooting rest, and a bag full of ammo.
Loaded the 285 grs CDP bullet with 67,5 grs of VV N150 at 780 m/s, groups of three bullets at 100 meters went into 23 milimeter

I thought I might post some pictures if I this da#^?&� camera to work.

Looks nice and shoots well but those mounts look awful high.

Yes they are. They were the only ones I could get my hands on at the moment. I'll have to do a minor job on that bolt handle, then I can mount a lower mount. ( That was an awful lot of "mounts" wasn't it)

I signed up at imagestation.com. It's free and you can start using your account at once.
From there you upload your pictures from your own pc, and store them in your album.
In your post here you click on the "image" button which is located under "Instant UBB code", you've probably seen it.
Then a small window pop up, and there you type or copy in your URL to were you're picture is stored.

Well that worked quite nicely. Back to the drawing board. I clicked image and entered my 7 digit code. Where did I screw up? I'll try it again, but I am no Bill Gates when it comes to computers. Where are my kids when I need them?? Cobalt

When I clicked the right mouse button on your picture, and went down the meny to properties, I saw this URL: "http://p7090186/"

When you look at your picture in Imagestation you cannot use the address that you get in your address field in your browser when you have selected "Click to view original". How shall I explain this, my english knowledge is beginning to crack up.

OK Here we go. Look at the picture below.



When you see your picture like this, then point your mouse at the picture, and right click on your mouse button and go down to properties. There you will get a long URL address, something like this: "http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid25/p83d9cb5986a758b06c7168797800cd85/fd8d340e.jpg".
Copy this string into the little screen you get up when clicking on the "IMAGE" button under "Instant UBB Code".
And Voila -- Hopefully a picture pops up.

I don't have a 9.3x62 because everytime I build one someone buys it...I built 3 last year and two sold before I finished them and the third shortly after...I have two 9.3x62 presently so maybe I will punch out one of them to a 9.3x 64....I think the 64 will clean up a 62 chamber..hope so.

The '64 is slightly bigger in every direction.
(It's a bit "snappier" to shoot to!)
