Can you please tell me the name and model of this scope base and mount system? The rifle is a Steyr Mannlicher Classic. Thanks

I believe that is a original Styer swing off mount.
They come a long way back since Styer went to the model 72 which was a bastard rifle ! this mount was born when Styer went from a rear split bridge to a more conventional action frame.

There should be Austria stamped on the rear of the front ring where it fits into the cup that mounted on to the action frame

The bases are shown on this model 72 in 9.3x64
