elmerdeerWhich custom stock should I get?
I am looking for a synthetic stock for a post model 70 featherweight the cal is .280 and the barrel is 22in long. The colour would be black, or a nice camo like realtree or mossyoak, I would also like it to be pillar bedded with the aluminun chassis. So who would supply what I am looking for, with quality being priority one and price being 2nd.
Thank you
Elmer

Robert405H-S Precision and Bell & Carlson both have what you are looking for. I prefer H-S but that is a personal choice.

308SakoIf you have to have the bedding block (and I would) go HS precision.

PeglegCheck the High Tech Specialty stocks as they are lighter than H-S and stiffer.

ReloaderAnother HS vote if you can get one with a straight channel. BC have even worse channels on average.
On the HS it's pretty easy to correct by bedding over the block(which is probably best even if the channel is straight). Of course bedding voids the warranty (Who needs a warranty on a stock

).
Good Luck
