This is the 9.3x74R necked down to .33 for use in single shot rifles.

The first rifle was built on a Remington Rolling block action which gave relatively good results, but would not accept maximum loads without excessive case loss.

The second rifle was built on the Hi Side Winchester single shot action which eliminated these troubles.

Then he goes on to say it is a powerful cartridge and that cases are available from Norma. He also lists loads including a 200 grain load @3000fps Max, a 250gr @2700fps Max, and a 275gr @2600fps Max.
