mrbillmCast Bullet Load for 9.3X64 Brenneke
Does anyone know of any good load data for useing Hard Cast bullets in this calaber?
Or how to work out a cast bullet load for this?
Well, you could always use a "standard weight" bullet and "The Load" of 13.0 grains of Red Dot made famous by Ed Harris.
I've used this load in .270 Win (135gr cast bullet), 30-06 (185gr castbullet), .358 Norma Mag (200 and 286g cast bullets), .375 H&H (250gr castbullet) and a bunch more calibres that I forget now...
Be careful not to double charge a case, and don't use any filler (this load is not sensitive to powder position in my experience).
I'm sure you could find this if you search for "the load" and "ed harris" in a good search engine like
AllTheWeb Good luck with an interesting calibre.

mrbillmThanks for the lead. I'll give it a go.

You are welcome.
I forgot to mention -- expect about 1300-1400 fps velocity.
