Before I vote you wil have to add North Fork to the list. Good shooting.

Personally I favor the cheaper cup and core bullets for 90% of my shooting and hunting.

This said I do have some partitions in several calibers, as well as some bonded core bullets of various makes as well. I do not feel the need for using a premium bonded core or partition to hunt the deer and hogs I shoot on a regular basis. I just have not seen a need for them even with calibers as small as .223. If the shot is put where it is supposed to go in the first place breathing stops, and blood pressure plummets, nervous systems go into shock.

For my hunting/shooting it's Nosler hands down. between the partitions and ballistic tips they have it all just about covered.

I voted Barnes as this is what I am totally confident of for hunting. But for 90% of my range shooting & feral hunting I use the good old cheap bulk Remington PSPCL. I get good accuracy & good kills on feral game.

The TSX was awesome on various species of deer and one big black bear I shot.

The very nature of shooting is to diverse to pick just one manufacturer. If I am to say picking a dangerous game bullet, that's one manufacturer, and a match target bullet, well it's another, and so on as the parameters change...

I have switched to Nosler Accubonds in everything I shoot in the last couple years.

I cant believe Hornady and Barnes didnt do better. I shoot accubonds mostly.

I voted Nosler even though if capable, I would have put them and Barnes as a tie. I decided on Nosler because the Solid Base bullet would work on any animal I would shoot in NA.

I couldn't have a favorite unless I had only one gun:

1. .224 caliber would be Speer.

2. .243 caliber would be Hornady.

3. .257 caliber would be Berger.

4. .277 caliber would be Remington.

5. .308 caliber would be Berger for the 300 Weatherby, Nosler for the 300 Win. Mag. and Barnes for the 30/06.

My list could go on.

overall I said Barnes, but Nosler is a close second and I like Sierras for 30 cal deer rifles.
I bought alot of the Barnes XLC's when they came out. I'm generally shooting them. I also have a large supply of originals in .510 450gr and 300 gr., 600 gr .458 and 250 gr .308.
no accuracy problems with them and they work-- always an exit wound.

I voted Nosler and agree with the top three. Speer has been around since the beginning but stopped improving their designs essentially relying upon their cult following and Gold Dots to keep em in the market. Sierra still has their Match bullet following and have offered some fantastic varmint bullets but could really improve their line up with a bonded bullet.

Swift is making a name for themselves by essentially plagiarizing Nosler but they are offering what people want. Sierra and Speer should be taking notes.

The other smaller specialty bullet makers are just that, small and special.

I voted Nosler because for 99% of my hunting the Nosler BT has been my Go To bullet. I will be working more with Barnes for a bear load and for Elk if I ever get a chance to go. I will compare them to Partitions of course.

Nosler Accubonds for me

I voted Nosler because i use them in my hunting
rifles.that said, I use Nosler in only one of my varmint rifles. For them I use Sierra and Hornady V-Max primarily because each particular rifle "chose" its bullet during load development.

I voted Speer because they make the TBBC. Wish we could vote for several because Hdy, Nos, & Sie make great stuff as well and I use a lot of them. On the other hand, I never buy/use Barnes X - too many bad experiences.

I really like Nosler's product line with the BT, Accubond and Partition, however, I pretty much try all the different manufacturers to see what shoots the most consistently in my rifles. Right now, my bench consists mostly of Nosler, Speer and Sierra. About the only "premium" bullet I load is the Accubond. All my calibers are moderate velocities (2600-2800fps) so the Accubond is about as premium as I'll ever need.

Nosler for North America except for large Bear ... Barnes for Africa and large bear except for double rifles where Woodleighs are the da bomb!

I voted Sierra because it’s a bullet that I use a lot for varmint and range shooting. I use Nosler, Hornady, and Speer also. If I were to count all the bullets in my house by manufacturer, by far and away more of them are “Mickbuilt” than all the other bullet manufacturers put together.

I use Swift and Barnes projectiles for important hunts and Hornady pills for most of my everyday rifles.

Cant vote for all three though.

Over the years I've developed "go to" loads. If were to go check, I'd venture to say from 25 cal through 375 cal they would almost exclusively be tipped with Nosler bullets.

Thanks for adding North Forks, now I vote. I also shoot many Noslers, Barnes and Swifts, I let my rifles tell me what to shoot at animals, 80% of the time it is North Forks. Good shooting.

I voted Barnes. I started experimenting with the X bullets years ago and while they gave excellent results on deer, they lacked somewhat in accuracy and fouled the bore more than conventional bullets. When the TSX came out, both problems were solved. Now lead bullets are banned for hunting here so Barnes is just about the only thing you can use. I like everything but the price. There are a few other companies starting to make lead-free bullets so maybe the competition will drive prices down.

Depends on the use. Without going into elaborate detail, I use Swift, Nosler, Hornady, CT, Berger, Speer and Federal. Varies with the rifle, paper or meat or metal, and the caliber.

I voted for hornady based on price point, accuracy, availability and they seem to work fine on any game ive shot so far with their bullets. Mostly shoot interlocks on deer and spsx on varmints.

Nosler BT and Partitions for most of my hunting but I do use some Remington cl on moderate velocity calibers.

I shoot Noslers in roughly 65% of my applications. The other 35% is Berger VLDs.

+1 I do use the 375 300 Sierra BT, 358 225 gr Sierra Game Kings and the 358 200 gr Hornady FTX, but Nosler is my "go to" hunting bullet for 90% of my hunting needs.

I don't use any brand exclusively, but Noslers do comprise a large percentage of what exits my barrels. And, whether it be the original solid base (lead-tipped), ballistic tip, Partition, Accubond or Ballistic Silvertip, I can't say I've ever been disappointed in their performances.

Here are just a few reasons I like them:

I have hornady, berger, Nosler, barnes, Oregon trail, and speer on my shelves in that order quanity wise,....but that is more due to intended purpose then anything else. Each has its advantages and disadvantages for any partticular purpose. Great haveing so many options isn't it!

I voted remington. I use a lot of for deer. Works pretty well.

Since the question wasn't which manufacturer you thought made the best hunting bullet, but "which do you prefer" I voted for Hornady. I shoot more Hornady bullets than any other because they are accurate and moderately priced.

I love Barnes X bullets. I havent had any bloodshot from them. I am a shitty shot so I need all the help I can get.

Trophy Bonded bear claws, the real ones have been the best for me. I voted Speer because I think they still make the 200 grain .308 and 300 grain .375.

I would like to have the original TBBC back. I got out of reloading because of Federals great hunting loading in the 270, 7mm and 338. Now got to go back to presses and measures LOL!

But with that it is mostly Nosler, some Sierra's, and some Bergers lately.
