Wow, I done learned something. My 1:9.5 22" tube is great for more than the 120...168 I've been shooting. I always move to a different caliber for heavier weight.

I've had 308's with both 1-10 and 1-12" twists... in a good tube I doubt it matters. The 308 Win is the most eager to please cartridge I've ever worked with... and it kills game.
