Probably an FN, but almost none will be C-ring actions. Other than that they are a hell of a good action for a hunting rifle. Why don't you like the thumb cut?

call D&D gunsmiths in Troy, Mi. They have a FN action in-the-white (commercial)for sale. Don't know about the C or H you can ask.
