CZ rifles - Czech point of view
CZ rifles (I mean new CZ550 series etc.) are I belive good price/value ratio pieces. But more and more Gun shops no more sells CZ, more and more hunters don't like CZ for overall quality. They like much more Tikka, Blaser and higher price rifles. Maybe, we are used to have higher quality. CZ now use lower grades of stel than in the past. So I am interested why new CZ are so popular in other countries but not in Czech Republic. There is low barrel life with CZ rifles, so If somebody want good CZ, he rebarell it with lothar walther barrel, action need some tuning to be perfect etc. We are used to buy rifle and rifle must be perfect from the box.

I don't know anybody here who is buying new rifle and is buying CZ, as I said, they buy Blaser, Tikka, Sig Sauer, Heym or soem Remingtons, but that remingtons in 1000U$D+ price range, not cheap ones.

What is your opinion about that ?
