Rem. 700 SPS

Hello,
I've got my eye on a new stainless SPS in 300Win. Mag. Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? I like the idea of the 26" barrel and the composit stock fits me well.
Recoil may be a little more because it's a little lighter in weight, but recoil isn't a problem for me.

I just bought that exact rifle in the same caliber. I'm still waiting for my scope to get in, but after I get it on and shoot I'll tell you what it's like. I don't think the recoil will be all that bad with the r3 recoil pad. That thing feels really nice, I can't wait to shoot it. I let you know soon hopefully.

We just went through a big round of posts on the SPS on another thread. Couldn't have been much more than a month ago. Look a couple of pages back and you'll see a bunch of satisfied Remington SPS owners.
