I am having a Hart Barrel installed on a Win Mod 70. I am having a hard time deciding between a 24 or 26 inch Barrel. I would like some of your opinions.

This is just me but I'd go with the 26' pipe! Might as well "BE ALL YOU CAN BE!"

I'm doing the same thing with my M70 270WSM. I thrwe on an HS precion sporter stock and will re-barrel with a Lilja. After working up a load with a 135 SMK that shoot consistant half inch groups I think I'll shoot out my barrel first. I was planning on going with a #4 contour fluted 25"-- as long as your gonna pay close to a fortune for a barrel why not get somethin that isn't as common. Should make a good balance between portability and velocity.
