It certainly ain't broke, maybe I should leave well enough alone.

This was the first center fire rifle I ever purchased and what sold me on it was the action and the tolerances to which the gun is built. I couldn't find any American made rifle that even cam close. The next best thing I found was a Sako and I still like the Sako's. Maybe next year.

I posted a copy of this request on the Gunsmithing site and thought I might get some help here. I am trying to locate a 9.3X62 barrel new or used for a 200 or 202 Sauer rifle. I have contacted one dealer and they are asking $799.00 for the barrel and $145.00 for the magazine There has to be a better price out there somewhere . Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Take care and God bless.
