cowboy77845How do I get a Response from CZ?? Warrenty work- Update
I sent my 9.3x62 back to CZ because My scope ran out of adjustment before i could get it zered. I called a month later and Mike said they were giving me a new rifle. Another month has passed. When I call reference WO #, I get an answering machins for "gunsmith warrenty work" Is there some secret to getting hold of a real person to find out what is going on.

Please keep us posted about your experience with CZUSA. I had been seriously considering buying an new CZ 550 in .270 Winchester. I'm going to wait until I learn how you're treated.

lawndartSend it to Will. He is big, and knows everyone at CZ. He'll square them away.

shrps74Cowboy, just saw your post. Hope you get some safisfaction. I've had 3 different scopes on my 9.3x62. All had adequate adjustment range. Settles on Bushnell Legend. GOOD eye relief (important you know....). BobG in VA

cowboy77845Apparently this one has a bent bbl. I understand it is quite common. I have 5 CZs in various configurerations and this is the only one with problems. The 7mm I just got lined up fine. About 2 inches off at 100 yds using bore site to align scope.
The answer I got yesterday (called "Parts", not gunsmith /warrenty work) was that it has ben too windy to zero. My thought was "for 2 months" Any way Matt says they will get it out by next Friday. I am not holding my breath as I have heard this before. Wonder what Alice would say to all this.

lawndartDoes anybody have a picture of Alice that shows her ass?
No significant interest, just idle curiousity.

HA! Not sure that anyone at CZ would consider me of any influence. Since every rifle comes with a target, it seems strange that the barrel is bent. Hey, how often can you find a rifle that shoots around corners?
If it was me, I'd talk to Jason at CZ. If he doesn't hang up on you when you mention my name, he should be able to speed things up. Good luck.

cowboy77845Got my 9.3x62 back today. They did lift the scope and drive a new rifle under it. Do not know if zeroed. No target provided. Have not had a chance to shoot yet. But they did do what they said.. (New rifle) The follow on to that is common sense would dictate they checked zero to avoid a similar problems with newly provided rifle. Seems like pretty good service to me.
