Tikka varmint question
The Tikka website states that they make their Varmint, Varmint Stainless, and Super Varmint in LA. Specifically I am looking for a Super Varmint in 270. But would be happy with any one of the models.

After searching the internet, I don't see this available anywhere except in traditional US varmint cartridges.

Is my best option to call Beretta (US importer I believe) and see if they can get one?

Any info would be appreciated.

SDhunter: I don't believe they make it in 270; unless possible special order. I've got the T3 Varminter in 22-250 and it is a real tack driver. Was so right out of the box with about every load I throw at it. Good Luck on your search.

Coltchris,

The T3 website lists that they make it. I just don't know if Beretta imports them in the standard actions.

A gentleman on another thread from Europe bought one in 9.3X62 and rechambered to 9.3x64 Brenneke.

I have been looking for a Rem. Sendero in 270 Win. They used to make them but disc. and only make them in bigger cartridges now.

I missed out on one in the classified's by about three hours and the auctions sites are way to proud of them, when you can find them.

The Tikka looked like a pretty good substitute... if I can get one.
