CIP diagram for 333 Jeffery Rimless
Gents...would any of you all happen to have a CIP diagram for the 333 Rimless? I have an old, but perfect shape Jeffery bolt rifle that I think has a headspace issue with the brass I'm using (Bertram). With a mild load of H4831, I'm getting stretching of the cases and on one case almost a complete seperation about 1/2" above the base. I've measured the expansion and have found NO differential between fired and unfired rounds. I full length sized the new brass with RCBS dies during the normal loading process. I am going to do a chamber cast to see if I can sort this out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Form a false shoulder on the neck of your unfired brass; oversize the neck, and then neck size to caliber diameter only enough to allow the case to be chambered. The first firing will form the shoulder to your chamber.

Gary,
There's a diagram on page 105 of this CIP publication:

http://www.poliisi.fi/intermin...DE/$file/TABIcal.pdf

Download the PDF and save it to your hard drive.
