Ideas on starting load for 6.5 284 shooting the Berger 140gr hunting bullet hpbt

Cooper Model 22 w/26" med. heavy barrel. Looking for long range hunting, and varmits etc. may tinker with the bench a little.

Any info on loads, or any other hints are welcome.

Do these guns, and this caliber usually like upper end loads, or middle to lighter? Need a good starting place.
