aHunterRe: Norma's Oryx 232 grain pill for 9.3x62
Not sure, but IIRC the Norma 232 grs is the Vulcan, which may be replaced.
In 286 grs there is a Plastic tip bullet and the Alaska. Friend of mine uses the latter for close encounters ( Nachsuchen, going after wounded game. He owns a proven dog, and is listed as doing such work ). I would therefore rate the Alaska to be rather soft, expanding quickly.

PettsonI agree on that. In all rifles I've tried it in, the 270gr Speer has been wonderfully accurate. It is also a good choice for deer, but we've had a fair number of separations when used on moose, both in the 9,3x57 and the 9,3x62.
Stefan, What's that pink thing in the background right in the picture? One of your RSA taxidermies?

Its a hippo I bagged in RSA! He had way to many Castle lager and fell asleep in the sun. I had a full mount made and donated him to my friend that shot the moose with the Naturalis in the front of the picture
