Good choices of scope and mounts as well.

I put a brake on mine and had so much fun with it I shot the barrel out of it.

Try 200 Noslers and R-25, Retumbo, or H-870 if you can find some. The 200 Nosler Partition shot incredible in my gun.

By chance did you build the gun cleaning thingiii.?? For a lack of a better word. I bought one a wheil back that was plastic what a piece of junk the solvents made it sticky!!?? my patches would get glued to it. Looks nice

Ive been thinking about putting a brake on mine,Do you have any suggestions on which one to get?? I was thinking on a David Gentry Quiet Brake, on the websight it said it cut recoil by about 85 percent. Thanks

The Vais gets high marks being a little quieter and cooler looking than the others.

I have used the Holland and some other KDF look alike.

You will need ear protection!

mine has the 3.5-10x50 and a Shilen trigger,glass bedded and shoots 150 Partitions at 3700 into the .6`s.

point blank range on a whitetail is in the 375 yard range.
