I would not give $13.50 for it! Scarcity is not desirability. You don't see many "camper back" AC Cobras either...

considering that brand new W.J.Jeffery bolt-action rifles goes for 5500-14000£, i'll think i pass on that offer

Well, its a "classic" rifle, sure enough, and the cartridges are now once more available, but in an undesirable - despite its rarity - format. 20" barrel and fully stocked. The exact opposite of what the "classic" Jeffery was. With a short forestock and 24" or 26" barrel it would be rather nice.
