Probably never. It is more or less the BAR without the recoil spring and a bolt handle. They made it to get around the "no semi-auto rifles" laws in Europe.

Since we can own the BAR, why offer the variant?

I have been asking for over few years,and Browning aNorth America never hear of them.Maybe we can get Cabela's to import them if we can get enough people asking about them.Or let start a mass list of buyers who want one..
