Latest 7 X 57

I just finshed this Mauser for my youngest son. It is built on a Charles Daly action with an A&B barrel, a Gentry three position safety, and a British Express stock from GAG. I glass bedded it and used a Timminy trigger.
Really happy with the way it turned out as it shoots moa and very light recoil. Hmmmm......maybe I'll wait to give it to him.

Never rode a bull, but have shot some.

You are correct in saying that there is nothing ungainly in it's present appearance...25 years ago I preferred uncheckered stocks myself...today I like the "feel" of a checkered stock..
