Hello can anyone help me with loads for my 9x57 mauser.
I just get me an old Geco mauser m96. But i have some trubble finding loads for it in Norway.
If it`s possible i like to know loads for 220 grains bullets and Vihtavuori or Norma powder.
This because it`s hard to get Hodgdon and other brands here in Norway.
I hope that any of you can help me.

Sorry, I don't have any loads for it, but I ran across a set of Lyman dies for the 9X57 in my shop the other day. In case someone needs them.

Here's all the info I have on 9x57mm: I have NOT tried any of these loads. They're from AR and other sites on the net.

I also have Lyman 9mm Mauser dies but very few boxer primed cases. Good Luck

Norma lists 9.3x57 loads. Use these and back off to start.

There are a few loads for the 9x57 in the book "Wiederladen"published by Nimrod-Verlag in Germany, ISBN 3-927848-04-2. Nothing for 220 grain, but for 250 Speer, cartridge length 79mm, it shows:

46 grains Norma 202...670 m/s...2150 bar
47 grains VitaV N140..675 m/s...2341 bar
45 grains Rottw R902..675 m/s...2363 bar

Max pressure for 9x57 is listed as 2800 bar.
