NESIKA308Certified Gun appraisal question
Where would a person go to get a rifle appraised in the South Eastern part of Pennsylvania. All of my rifles are insured under my home owners, but my first custom will need a certified person to value it other than my gunsmith who built it. They are just trying to make me jump through some hoops I bet.

45-70 Govt. You get a receipt from the gunsmith from whom you bought it.
BINGO ! ! !
That's what it's going to cost to replace it. If your insurance company gives you grief, go find a different insurance agent.
