CZ Rifle Repairs - Gunsmith Recommendation

Guys:

Have a CZ550FS in 9.3 x 62. Would like to have a Winchester style 3 position safety installed along with refinishing the stock. Does anyone know of a reputable gunsmith in the Northeast?

I would also be prepared to ship my rifle to pretty much any part of the country as long as I am dealing with a reputable gunsmith.

I'd send it to Wayne at AHR. He put one on my CZ 550 in 500 Jeffery. It is absolutely fantastic.
