This is a 154 grain 7 mm bullet.

Can anyone identify this?

There is a copper color in the relief groove, is it a jacketed bullet?

Exposed lead tip with a copper jacket. Someone moly coated them I think.
I inherited them.

One of the styles of Hirtenberger ABC. Image below of 7mm bullets, ABC second from left. Some of my friends were using them when I was in Germany. Hirtenberger did make a 7mm 154gr ABC bullet at one stage.
