does any one know where a good plane on line is to buy a 45/70 break action

45/70 Govt.Not sure what you're asking.
Only break action I know of in 45/70 is a Handi Rifle. H & R Firearms. AND, that would be a "big bore" gun. In the Big Bore gun section.
You could Google it.
